Brian our tour guide driver made the experience to be honest. From the moment he picked us up to the time he stopped us back the bus was filled with laughter. He is super knowledgeable on everything and anything on the drive to Oak Alley Plantation and after the tour he will answer any question you had in regards to the tour. This has been one of my greatest experiences. ❤️

I was disappointed because my original choice of plantation was cancelled due to Hurricane Ida but going to Oak valley was nice. The grounds were beautiful and the tour of the house a bit underwhelming. But the highlight of the trip was the driver Brian who made every second of the drive there and back very entertaining and informative, He made the trip very special and fun and I would do it again in a second. Thanks, Brian!

Amazing story of this plantation. Good overlook of how slaves lives were painful and how white people took power on slaves lives.

Brian was an absolute delight. His knowledge and love of the city was apparent. The plantation was beautiful and I felt like we had plenty of time to walk around and see the exhibits. Would definitely recommend.

Our experience with Crescent City Tours was excellent. Clean van, courteous and friendly driver who shared a lot of interesting information with us as we rode to Oak Alley. Brian was an excellent guide. The plantation house at Oak Alley was beautiful, but there was more emphasis on the house and its owners than on plantation life in general.

My family and I had such a great time on this tour! Brian was amazing and entertained us with fun stories and interesting facts about New Orleans and Louisiana on the drive to the plantation. Tickets for the house exhibition were included and then we had more than enough time to explore the plantation grounds on our own before pick up. Would absolutely recommend using Crescent City Tours when visiting New Orleans!

Loved Brian with crescent city tours.he picked us up and returned us and gave us all sorts of factoids. Oak alley was great. I wouldve picked whitney however. Erre more into history of the slaves.

So glad I chose this plantation, it was so hard to decide. Gorgeous scenery and Jackson was a great tour guide. As usual, our driver Brian did not disappoint. He was as entertaining as ever. I wouldn't book a tour with anyone else in the NOLA area. Sending all our love from Michigan, Leroy!!

I really enjoyed visiting Oak Alley, but the tour was very short. I was disappointed to find out that 4+ hour tour that I booked was mostly for travel to and from New Orleans. The tour through the house was at most 15 minutes and it felt somewhat rushed. I absolutely loved taking pictures by the big oak trees. They were absolutely beautiful. I would suggest driving out to the site so you can enjoy all of the glory that this property has to offer. I would also suggest visiting another one of the plantations (or more, if you have time). There is so much history at each of them.

We had an interesting tour of the Oak Alley sugar cane plantation. The house is in a beautiful setting of many HUGE oak trees from a time gone by. The tour focused on how things were done in the 1800's when the house was built and its history. This tour can be combined with other plantations on the same road, but adds to the time needed. We only went to Oak Alley and it took about 4 hours from our pick-up at our hotel to return. Only complaint was that there were no drinks (water, etc) offered on the bus, and not much history given of the area or of New Orleans. Overall, a very good tour.
