  Really nice cruise ! Great drinks and live music. Would have liked to hear more about the history of the city instead of just facts about the river and port. Overall it was really fun. Must do while in NOLA.

  Very memorable experience! Wish I could have done it twice! The music was great, and the information about the sights seen on the trip was unexpected but very enjoyable!! Was not expecting that but super happy it was given.

  Buyer beware - United Airlines cancelled flight to NOLA 22 hours before cruise. This vendor refused to refund us $174 because it was less than 24 hours, even though it was out of our control and we were stuck in Chicago. Offered credit for next day, which was impossible as we were going to Mexico.

  Two of our family members have difficulty with stairs, so we were very happy to have an elevator so that they could see more of the boat and the passing points of interest. Also, our "waitress" ( and so much more), Angela Dennis, was a delight. She was fun and lively and really looked after us.

  The band was very good. The narration was very interesting and it was cool to travel on the river like they did 180 years ago.

  The river was awesome. The captain knew alot about the sites and the river. The food was awesome the staff was great.

  While I enjoyed the boat ride, it was a little disappointing. The tour is 2 hours; however, you only get a narration for the first 30-45 minutes while going down river. The remaining 1+ hours is a lazy book ride up river. There is a jazz trio playing on the 4th deck.

  Our reservation was Friday December 3rd, 2021. When we arrive to pier the receptionist says there's no cruises going out today with no reason why and she further tells us Viator knew of it. The reason I didn't contact Viator is because we were able to cruise the following day on Saturday. The upsetting part is we had to alternate our itinerary and cancel other reservations.

  The steamboat trip was amazing I love everything about it. The food, music, and history part was all fantastic. It’s worth the money and experience.

  The Jazz music was perfect and some of the best we enjoyed all weekend. The narration was informative and it was so nice that it was only during half of the trip. The food was tasty, not the best bunch you could find in New Orleans but it was enjoyable. I think if we did it again we would eat before or after in the French quarter and just enjoy the ride and drinks and music. We sort of felt rushed eating because we just wanted to get back out in the deck.
