Cruise Canyon Lake for 90 minutes aboard Dolly Steamboat. This narrated cruise takes us out into the Sonora Desert for some incredible views.

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Lost Dutchman State Park, 6109N E Apache Trl 5 miles Northeast of Apache Junction off State Route 88, Apache Junction, AZ 85119-8656

Take a short walk into the Sonora Desert where your guide will point out the desert plants.

Enjoyed the great meal at Tortilla Flats and the Dolly steamboat ride where we got to see some mountain sheep. Frank was a very good host and fun to listen to.

Our tour guide Frank, was great. A wealth of information. Stops along the way were good. We wish we had more time to do the Sedona/Grand Canyon tour.

Frank was great. Informative, accommodating, humorous. We had an amazing time. Boat ride was very peaceful.Had a excellent lunch in Tortilla Flat.

Watching the mountain goats coming down for water. The crew pointing out different images using your imagination in the rocks. Our guide Frank taking us on a tour of the Native Plants of Arizona.

This was our third tour with Across Arizona and it was great. Our tour guide was Frank. My parents and aunt loved this trip because it was very relaxing. The steamboat was the best and the goldfield town was very different. It took us back in time and felt as if we were in an old west town movie. We were also very lucky to have a surprise visit from nature. We saw a number of Rams on our boat ride. Definitely a bonus on our trip as we witnessed the animal to drink water and even posed for us.

Our tour guide Brien was great. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed the entire trip. We would recommend this tour to anyone looking for a way to learn more about Arizona

Our tour guide was Brian and he was just awesome! Brian is very knowledgeable about the area and was willing to answer questions and even tell jokes. The van was nice and clean and there was unlimited amounts of water and sodas. The sightseeing was beautiful and relaxing we did not feel rushed, Brian even took pictures for us upon request. Our group was the first to arrive at the Dolly Steam boat, affording us the opportunity to relax for a moment and to buy a drink. Must try the Prickly Pear Margaritas at the Well Done Grill! The Steamboat was clean and the staff were friendly and the Captain of the boat made sure point out any animals or wildlife and explain the different mountains. To sum this up, go ahead and book you will not be disappointed.

Taking in the beautiful terrain with the majestic seguero cactus everywhere, was a special experience. Arriving at Canyon Lake was lovely. Boat ride was air conditioned inside. Our tour guide Frank was informative with our comfort and safety in mind. Plenty of cold water on hand.

Excellent day trip. Frank was our guide. He was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful and scenic ride to the lake is about an hour but frank broke it down in a couple of stops Boat ride is very nice and it’s air conditioned. After the ride, we got a nice meal and all prices are reasonable. I would say that if you keep the prices reasonable you will always have people there. Thank you 100% satisfied
